Who We Are |
The Limestone Ruritan Club was charted in 1954 by a group of men that wanted to help the community by providing a good place to live and work. Even though most of the men, that signed the original charter are gone, that commitment still continues today. The men and women of the Limestone Ruritan still carry on that obligation to make our community a good place to live.

What We Do! |
The Limestone Ruritan is very active in supporting our veterans. Yearly, we have a campaign of furnishing clothing, shoes, socks, and food items to the homeless veterans. We help with scholarships for local high schools, David Crockett and Daniel Boone. The Club also helps with a local elementary school by supporting a weekend food program and providing for Thanksgiving food projects. The Club sponsors a yearly benefit for the Limestone Volunteer Fire Department. Limestone Ruritan hosts a community revival, usually the week after Labor Day. There are several other benevolent activities that are done throughout the year.
